WE WON!!!!

Hello all,

Well Bless and I entered a hotdog eating contest and managed a win last night! It was a couples thing, where you combined the number of dogs you and your partner could eat in 5 minutes, and we thought it sounded like fun so we entered at the last minute.

Well it started off with last year's winners (a German couple) packing away 18 dogs! And I didn't think we had a chance. The next few couples didn't really show much competition with one out of the five groups eating over 10. So then we were up. The way it was set up, was that one partner went first while the other cheered on, and then at the halfway marker, you switch it up and continue. Well we decided that Bless should go first and she ate as many as she could in her 2.5 minutes. I was next and I was only able to eat 3 dogs, but that was enough to put us to 19 and give us the win!!!

We're going to use our winnings to pay for a gym membership.
